Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service by responding efficiently to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
• Resolve customer issues and process feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the customer database (CRM).
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate feedback to the team.
Qualifications & Qualities:
• Recent graduate or young professional with a passion for helping people.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
• Eagerness to learn about our products/services and grow professionally within a customer-centric environment.
