Technical, Data, Colourist and Finishing Trainee

Mushroom Media Cape Town and Johannesburg is interviewing for interns with an interest in long-term employment. We are looking for someone who wants to indulge in the finishing and data management side of post production including dailies, data management, conform, colour grading, online and finishing. There is a requirement to engage the technical component of the work including facility support so the ask is that you are interested and inclined toward that as well. Who we are: Mushroom Media (https://mushroommedia.co.za/) is an independent digital Post-Production facility with locations in Johannesburg and Cape Town, South Africa. Focused on high-end episodic series, feature films, commercials and online content post-production, we are equipped to handle the full spectrum of the post-production process from dailies processing to offline editorial, colour grade, VFX finishing as well as final mastering and delivery to all platforms. Clients include Netflix, HBO, Paramount, Amazon, M-Net, Mzansi, Showmax and more.
